Introductory Yoga

A delicious, deeply restorative yoga for relaxation, this easy-to-follow audio yoga class has two thirty-minute sessions. The first focuses on the upper body, opening shoulders and heart. The second concentrates on the lower body, lengthening the legs and opening hips. Both have an indulgent, guided relaxation.
